Using the website

This website is operated by Robert Mottershead trading as Bold Types. You may browse the catalogue, create a personalisation preview, place consumer orders and use the private order-tracking service for their intended purposes.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the Bold Types name, branding, card artwork, illustrations, photographs, text, page designs and other original material are owned by or licensed to Bold Types. Buying a card does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, resell, extract, train on, alter or commercially exploit the artwork.

Artwork protection

Website images may be reduced in resolution, watermarked or technically protected. You must not bypass protection, scrape the catalogue in bulk, remove a watermark, download artwork for printing, or use automated tools to reproduce the designs.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with payment or order systems, submit malware, impersonate another person, test stolen payment details, or use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or infringing activity.

Availability

We aim to keep the website available but do not promise uninterrupted access. We may suspend features for maintenance, security, production capacity or legal reasons.
