Free standard delivery to UK addresses
Free standard delivery is included in the advertised card and bundle price only where checkout accepts a delivery address within the United Kingdom. It does not apply to international addresses or to optional express, tracked or upgraded delivery services unless we expressly state otherwise. At launch, every card in one order is sent to one UK address. Orders for different addresses must be placed separately. Cards are supplied with blank envelopes, and the print partner may split a larger order into more than one parcel.
Production and estimated arrival
Paid orders are normally sent automatically to our white-label production partner. Production and postal estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. An occasion date entered during personalisation is guidance only.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact support@boldtypes.co.uk immediately if an error is found. Automated production may begin straight away, so changes cannot be guaranteed.
Change-of-mind cancellations
Personalised cards are made to your specification, so the usual distance-selling change-of-mind cancellation right may not apply once production has begun. We will consider a request received before production starts.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect cards
Email us with the order number and clear photographs. Where a product is faulty, damaged or materially different from the paid order, statutory remedies may include replacement or refund.
Delayed or missing deliveries
Use the private tracking page and contact us if a delivery is overdue. We may ask you to allow the carrier’s reasonable delivery window to pass before arranging a replacement.
Returns address
Do not return a personalised card without contacting us first. Returns address: [INSERT RETURNS ADDRESS BEFORE LAUNCH]. We will confirm whether a physical return is required.
